Scope of Work:

The Combined Cycle Power Plant is designed for approximately 500 megawatt of electrical power demand and will be operated following Australian industry standards and practices. The CCPP will be designed for island mode operation i.e. no availability of electrical power from local power. Reliability, availability of power and minimum greenhouse gas emissions will be key factors to be considered in the design of the power plant.

The Scope of work includes all work required for the provision of Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Start up and confirmation of Performance Guarantee testing for the Combined Cycle Power Plant to be built for the Ichthys onshore LNG facilities located at Bladin Point in Darwin NT Australia;
